Oxnard, CA – JSL Technologies announced today that it has promoted Christopher Lewis to Chief Development Officer. In this position, Mr. Lewis will lead the company’s growth strategy and execution. He will report to President/CEO Joe Black. On his announcement Mr. Black remarked, “This promotion reflects [Chris’] exceptional dedication and significant contributions to the success of our organization. Mr. Lewis most recently served as Director of the Engineering Services Division. As Director of the Engineering Services Division, he supervised the company’s Engineering services portfolio comprised of prime and subcontracts comprising most of the company’s revenue supporting customers such as NSWC Port Hueneme, NIWC PAC, NAVELSG, PEO IWS, and U.S. Fleet Forces Command.
Mr. Lewis joined JSL in 2016 as a Program Manager. He previously served as a Senior Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton; Security and Intelligence Analyst for Virtual Defense and Development International, Inc.; Regional Marketing Manager for PM Packaging; Business Process Management Consultant for INTEGRA Government Services International LLC; and Project Specialist, Latin America & Caribbean for CARANA Corp.
Mr. Lewis grew up in Oxnard, CA. He earned a BA in Economics at the University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Arts in International Relations – International Economics, Latin American Studies at The Johns Hopkins University – Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Mr. Lewis also served as a Commercial Service Intern at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, Mexico and is a Project Management Professional and certified Scrum Master.
