“In a remarkably short amount of time, [JSL Onsite Rep] has established herself as an invaluable cornerstone and recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the … Tomahawk Tech Docs team. [JSL Onsite Rep] consistently meets every deliverable, deadline, and action item, taking complete ownership of… work. Operating with minimal oversight, [JSL Onsite Rep] expertly manages, coordinates, and executes critical Build Order Requests (BORs) and CSAT/PUBSAT requirements. [JSL Onsite Rep’s] strong problem-solving skills are evident in… ability to independently answer known questions while thoroughly investigating complex, unknown issues for the fleet and external customers. [JSL Onsite Rep’s] proactive approach significantly enhances fleet readiness. [JSL Onsite Rep’s] diligently follows up with the fleet regarding received material transmittals and has done a fantastic job collaborating with N-Dept to develop Technical Manual matrices for PUBSATs in port. Additionally, she ensures seamless daily operations by efficiently managing in-house inventory and data calls. Beyond her daily operational duties, [JSL Onsite Rep] is actively driving the modernization of antiquated program processes. She serves as a key stakeholder in the Automated Tracking and Logistic Archival System (ATLAS) initiative. By providing critical, actionable feedback to Code 104, [JSL Onsite Rep] is directly shaping the development of the automated Material Transmittal and metric tracking tools. Her contributions are vital to expediting the MT generation process and bringing TTWCS logistics into a modernized framework. [JSL Onsite Rep’s] initiative, reliability, and strategic impact make her highly deserving of this recognition.”
“[JSL Onsite Rep] has demonstrated outstanding performance and dedication to the Athena program, consistently driving mission success through his meticulous management of Technical Manuals (TMs). [JSL Onsite Rep] serves as a vital communications bridge, consistently collaborating with engineers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to retrieve technical feedback and ensure TMs are delivered on schedule to support critical test events, such as CJAMs. For the Athena In-Process Review (IPR), [JSL Onsite Rep] meticulously prepared critical TM inputs, accurately detailing project statuses and proactively identifying potential developmental risks. This foresight, combined with his continuous alignment of the LM ILS/TM team, the Athena ISEA team, and the IPS Lead, provided the Program Office with a comprehensive and precise operational picture. Furthermore, [JSL Onsite Rep] was instrumental in developing a strategic brief that identified Fault Detection and Isolation Work Packages within the Cabinet TMs. By clearly outlining three actionable Courses of Action (COAs) for transitioning this critical data into the Lockheed Martin System manual, [he] directly enabled the Program Office to make informed, data-driven decisions regarding complex system documentation. Beyond his daily programmatic duties, [JSL Onsite Rep] showcased exceptional initiative during a thorough review of the DRAFT Technical Manual Management Program (TMMP). Recognizing that the document required extensive editorial adjustments for spacing, text size, list formatting, and margins, [he] determined that standard redlining would result in hundreds of convoluted edits. Instead, he took the initiative to completely reformat the entire document. This monumental effort yielded a highly polished, professional product that will be provided to NAVSEA 06 to serve as the strategic point of departure for future use across all of NAVSEA. His proactive problem-solving and dedication to quality make this recognition highly deserved.”

“This memorandum serves to formally recognize and document the outstanding support provided by [JSL Onsite Rep] in the areas of procurements and shipment management for the Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) Program…The Customer Advocate for RAM provided $84K to submit procurements for 70-line items to support FMS efforts and ensure the budget is obligated in ERP before 31 Dec 2024. [JSL Onsite Rep] effectively managed the procurement process and ensuring that all materials were sourced according to RAM Configurations. He used various Navy Databases and worked with Engineers to ensure the correct parts were being procured. The quality and accuracy of the requests he submitted in the Procurement Tool (PRT) were consistent and required little to no-rework. [JSL Onsite Rep] demonstrated flexibility by quickly adjusting to changes in requirements and solving challenges efficiently. [JSL Onsite Rep] [i]s transparent and has timely communication with the Integrated Product Support Team and Functional Lead, ensuring that any potential delays or issues were addressed proactively…There was a critical deadline to ensure 61-line be issued out of inventory to expense expiring funding documents for RAM. The project required warehouse movement forms and shipments submissions in one month. [JSL Onsite Rep’s] outstanding attention to detail, ensured all items were shipped promptly meeting all deadlines and contributing to the uninterrupted flow of operation and cleared the funding documents that would have caused a funding issue in ERP…The outstanding support provided…in this high visibility procurement and shipment had a direct and positive impact on the overall success of the FMS projects. By ensuring all buys were executed on time and that shipments were delivered without delay. [JSL Onsite Rep] helped maintain continuity in operations, avoid downtime, and met RAMS critical deadlines. His efficiency was instrumental in enabling RAM FMS operational and readiness success. BZ [JSL Onsite Rep]”
