JSL Engages in Key Navy Small Business Events During Q4 2026
JSL was proud to participate in two major Navy industry engagements last week, strengthening relationships and staying aligned with evolving Navy and NAVWAR priorities. JSL sent CEO Joe Black, CDO Chris Lewis and Program Manager Luna Kolb to represent the company.
NAVWAR Q4 2026 QBOB
As a Small Business sponsor, JSL attended NAVWAR’s Q4 2026 Quarterly Briefing on Business in San Diego, hosted by NDIA San Diego. The briefing shared updates on upcoming contracting opportunities and evolving program priorities across multiple NAVWAR portfolios. A key topic centered on the NAVWAR and broader Navy realignment of support services to Portfolio Acquisition Executives (PAEs). Speakers from NAVWAR leadership, program managers, and acquisition officials offered insights into realignment impacts, procurement timelines, and future capability needs across the enterprise.
Navy Gold Coast 2026
JSL also participated in the 2026 Navy Gold Coast Small Business Procurement Expo also hosted by NDIA at the San Diego Convention Center. The event featured briefings from Navy program offices, matchmaking sessions, and an extensive exhibit hall showcasing industry innovation. JSL engaged with industry partners and government representatives to explore teaming opportunities and discuss upcoming requirements where our capabilities can contribute meaningful support. Keynotes and panel discussions included Navy leaders and acquisition professionals highlighting Fleet priorities, digital modernization, and expanding small business participation across Navy programs.
