We conduct Quarterly Internal Program Reviews to ensure JSL is fully aligned to customer requirements and projects possess all required resources for successful performance.
PERSONNEL. JSL Project Managers are provided the requisite authority to make project-level decisions and are held accountable for customer satisfaction. JSL’s Internal Recruiters support performance by quickly identifying qualified candidates to fill project needs. Our Corporate Staff is chartered to serve PMs and project employees.
CONTRACT START-UP. Experienced Transition Managers are assigned well prior to contract award to lead all aspects of contract start-up. Transition Plans aligned to customer needs are prepared and executed – they detail every aspect of technical, contract, financial and infrastructure start-up to ensure smooth work commencement and seamless performance transition.
LEADERSHIP. JSL’s Management Team leads by example and conducts regular meetings with staff members and customers. Project Plans guide staff performance to ensure quality service and products are delivered on schedule. We conduct multiple internal management training courses to ensure PMs are prepared to lead employees and support customers.
COST. Our Proven ability to deliver best value performance demonstrates respect for customer funds. We use multiple overhead pools to ensure the most appropriate indirect costs are used for on each contract. We use Deltek Costpoint accounting software, a powerful tool for aligning and managing project personnel and resources, and for providing comprehensive reports.
SUCCESSFUL PRIME CONTRACTOR. We have a strong track record of fully integrating subcontractors into contracts to facilitate quality performance through the assignment of best available skills and experience. JSL treats subcontractors with respect. Their personnel work directly with customers and receive recognition for their efforts. We maintain close communication with our subcontractors and ensure timely invoice payment.
