The effort will be supervised by Program Manager Luna Kolb. In addition to warehouse operations such as inventory, shipping, receiving and kitting, the work includes ensuring excess assets are available for re-use or disposition.

Oxnard, CA – JSL Technologies announced today that it will provide submarine hull, mechanical and electrical systems and submarine assessment support to Code 275 of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) in Norfolk, VA. JSL will perform on the five-year contract as a subcontractor to Amentum Services, Inc.

MARMC is the ship repair arm of the Naval Sea System Command, responsible for ensuring the U.S. Fleet’s ships and crews can fulfill their missions with minimal interruptions for repair and maintenance.

The work will be done at MARMC; the Submarine Technical Support Center in Groton, CT; the Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, VA; other shipyards and regional maintenance centers; aboard operating submarines; and in submarine repair facilities in and outside the United States. The work falls within JSL’s Program Services Division led by Randy Gongre.

The MARMC contract includes support for Submarine Continuous Operational and Maintenance Assessments; Post-Deployment Maintainability Assessments; Combat Systems Assessments; System of Systems Interoperability and Mission Area Assessments; Fleet Technical Assistance – Electrical and Electrical/Mechanical maintenance; logistics; and Total Ship Readiness Assessment logistics.

Oxnard, CA – JSL Technologies announced today that it will provide Environmental Information Management System (EIMS) support to the U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) under a contract awarded to SAIC.

This five-year effort includes software system engineering and integration services for EIMS, a geo-referenced information management system that supports the USFFC’s and Commander of the Pacific Fleet’s environmental, natural resources, range sustainment and operational energy programs. Contract performance involves ensuring the EIMS remains operational and available to the Fleet, system administration, data management, training, and helpdesk operations. The effort falls within JSL’s Program Services Division under Randy Gongre.
