JSL Continues Support for the Hawaii Range Complex
Oxnard, CA – JSL Technologies announced today that it will continue to support the U.S. Fleet Forces Command’s Hawaii Range Complex under an Environmental Training Operations (ETO) contract awarded to SAIC.
JSL supports the Range Complex Sustainment Coordinator at the Hawaii Range Complex by monitoring range use, coordinating updates to the electronic Range Complex Management Plan, monitoring environmental mitigation requirements, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and policies and identifying and addressing encroachment and environmental challenges to the training range.

JSL Continues Seal Beach Logistics Support
Oxnard, CA – JSL Technologies announced today that it will continue to provide logistics support to Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona’s Seal Beach Detachment under a contract awarded to ODME Solutions LLC.
The Seal Beach Detachment operates a calibration laboratory that supports the West Coast fleet and various Department of Defense laboratories by providing electronic, physical and mechanical measurement evaluations and calibrated instruments for the Navy Calibration Program. It also repairs and overhauls electronic and mechanical calibration equipment and certifies Navy’s test systems for designated undersea warfare, surface- and air-launched guided weapons test systems used for factory production acceptance, in-service surveillance and depot level repairs.
JSL provides Integrated Logistics Support that ranges from warehouse operations and inventory to shipping, receiving, storing materials and maintaining the Technical Data Management Information System (TDMIS) website, schedule and format.

JSL Continues NUWC Keyport Code 24 Support
Oxnard, CA – JSL Technologies announced today that it will continue to provide engineering support to the Hawaii Fleet Test and Operational Assessment Division under a follow-on contract awarded to INDUS Technology Inc.
The Division provides Test and Evaluation (T&E), Readiness and Training Assessment for U.S. Navy, Joint Forces and Allies. It operates the Shipboard Electronics Systems Evaluation Facility range and the Surface Ship Radiated Noise Measurement and Magnetic Silencing Facility facilities. It conducts shipboard test and evaluation for surface ships and submarines and provides range support services including underwater tracking instrumentation, mobile targets, and weapon training vehicles for Fleet and NAVSEA operations on the Pacific Missile Range Facility, other instrumented underwater ranges and in open ocean operating areas including Guam and the western Pacific Ocean.
This contract also provides a wide range of support for NUWC Keyport’s Pacific Detachment (Code 04/TDC); the Pearl Harbor Torpedo Division (Code 34); and the Fleet Technical Support Division (Code 45).

JSL Continues Pacific Fleet Maritime Security Support
Oxnard, CA – JSL Technologies announced today that it will continue to provide Maritime Security Support to the Pacific Fleet under a follow-on contract awarded to Booze Allen Hamilton Inc. (BAH).
The technical analyses and strategic and operational planning contract supports a full range of Maritime Security (MARSEC) operations and warfighting efforts. They include Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) planning and assessment; MARSEC cooperation planning and assessment; MARSEC and MDA development and analysis; and Maritime Security initiative planning and assessment for the Pacific Fleet’s 200 ships and submarines, 1,200 aircraft and 130,000 sailors and civilians.
This includes research and analysis on the implementation of new technology; fusion of legacy information and weapons systems; integration of multinational, commercial and Government information and communication systems; analysis and assessment of adversary capabilities; war gaming and assessment; interoperability with allies; and development of classified and unclassified multinational information sharing and exchange architectures. It also provides Program Management and Scientific and Technical Information Relevance Assessment and Gap Analysis support to improve lethality and survivability of Pacific Fleet operations. Work on this contract is done at Pearl Harbor HI, San Diego CA and overseas in Guam, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan and Thailand.
